QC - Job Responsibilities :
# Responsibilities:
# The Employee will assume the following duties, in collaboration with the QA Manager:
- Creating project schedules and maintaining the tracking information on project status for Rotoscopy, Stereo Compositing and other 3D conversion related tasks
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet all quality standards.
- Following up with client when project materials are missing or incomplete
- Ensuring that all guidelines and processes are strictly enforced with artists
- Promptly informing to the respective Business Units of any issues encountered with files/projects, including any technical hindrances.
- Must be familiar with all changes to procedures, guidelines and quality standards, and communicate these changes to technicians, either through verbal feedback, written documentation or training sessions.
- Checking the various reports filled out by the artists before sending them to the Business Units, to ensure all procedures have been followed, and promptly providing feedback to artists whenever reports are not accurately filled out.
- Sending all results of tasks to the respective Business Units around the world by the end of the day, and informing them of our daily progress on tasks, making sure to specifically address any rush projects.
- Responsible for communicating major changes in workload to artists, including alerting them to upcoming projects.
- Alerting the Supervisor when recruitment may be necessary in order to absorb forecast workload.

Job Description (QA Coordinator) :
# To monitor unusual occurrences, report follow-up procedures, and report monthly and year-to-date comparisons.
# To perform regular audits to ensure compliance to required Quality procedures and practices.
# To assist the QA Manager with checklist and documentation revisions.
# To assist the QA Manager with client communication and communication with the personnel with regard to guidelines and updates to guidelines.
# To assist the QA manager with data collection and interpretation of data and recommend appropriate data-gathering mechanisms, procedures, etc.
# Review quality assurance standards, study existing policies and procedures, and interview personnel and clients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.
# Select specific topics for review, such as inconsistent practices, process non-compliances, software bugs, etc.
# Review quality control, and other testing reports for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements to ensure that quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements are met.
# Maintain current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.
# Be aware of and keep up-to-date with the company content security policies and procedures and ensure adherence to the same.
